Position: Service Technician/Driver
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-time
Status: Non-exempt, Hourly

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Service Technician will be responsible for operating specialized equipment to clean and sanitize trash and recycle bins at the customer location.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operates specialized equipment to clean and sanitize trash/recycle bins.
  • Operates power washer to clean the exterior of trash/recycle bins.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Reliable, good work ethic and great attitude
  • Computer skills in use of routing systems and Google maps.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record required.
  • Must have familiarity with Hartford county and surrounding areas.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work in inclement weather and cold to hot temperatures.
  • Ability to stand up to six hours during the shift.
  • Must be able to lift X pounds

Position: Sales Representative
Job Type: Full-Time
Status: Exempt

Compensation: Salary + Commission
Reports to: Owner & CEO

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling services offered by the company to current and new clientele.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their service needs; identifies and suggests services to meet those needs.
  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of services to customers based on their needs.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
  • Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
  • 2-5 years sales experience (preferred)
  • 2-5 years outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record ad reliable vehicle required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to travel.
